A6M5 Japanese Zero Model

Our A6M Zero Airplane is a replica scale model of the original Japanese aircraft manufactured by Mitsubishi Aircraft Company. The A6M Zero aircraft was a carrier-based fighter airplane flown in the Imperial Japanese Navy from 1940-1945. Due to its long range and excellent maneuverability it initially had an outstanding kill ratio of 12 to 1 compared to the Allied aircraft. The Allies quickly caught up and by 1943 the Zero was less effective. By 1944 the aircraft was outdated as it could not add a newer, faster engine and make other needed modifications. 10,939 A6M Zero aircraft had been built for the Japanese Navy.
