ORDERING: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal as payment methods. Only PayPal orders with a confirmed shipping addresses are accepted. Single orders over $600.00 may only be shipped to the billing address. Prices are subject to change without notice. Extra discounts and/or special pricing may not be combined. Only one discount or special pricing may be used per order.
STANDARD DELIVERY: Most in-stock items that are ordered with ground service are usually shipped within 2-business days of receipt of your order unless otherwise noted in the product description. We ship via FedEx, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. You can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days. The shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses may be more depending on what is ordered and how we ship. We will contact you via e-mail if shipping costs are higher. We ship Monday through Friday with major holidays excepted. Personalized items and certain custom items may take longer. Please refer to the product description for these items.
RUSH DELIVERY: We offer Express Shipping (1-2 business days), and Priority Shipping (2-4 business days) on all in-stock items. Pricing for Express and Priority Shipping will vary depending upon box weight and box size, and this pricing is shown during the checkout process. Orders need to be placed by 10:00 A.M. Pacific time for same day shipping. Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays. Certain products are not available for rush delivery. Please be aware that due to Covid-19 the shipping carriers do not currently guarantee their delivery times. Additionally, shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery times for weather events. We apologize if the arrival time is missed but the shipping cost is not refundable.
FREE SHIPPING: When free shipping is offered it is for ground service in the lower 48 states.
SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE: These items are procured based upon order demand. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order with the balance being charged at the time of shipment. Special order merchandise is not returnable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Most international orders outside North America are generally shipped via USPS Priority International, usually a 6-10 business day air service. The shipping rates shown to different countries are the same amount that Tailwinds is charged by the United States Postal Service to deliver the item(s) placed on order. Ship charges may be more for countries like New Zealand or Australia where we need to double box to protect the product from potential breakage. You will be notified by email for your approval if additional ship funds are required. International orders over $200 are accepted with PayPal payments only and may require shipping by an alternative carrier. You will be notified via email if this is the case and advised of a different ship charge for your approval. Customers are responsible for any custom duties or taxes. Please be aware that not all items are available to be shipped internationally and Tailwinds only ships to countries where insurance is available. Sorry but we do not offer Express Shipping for international orders. Customers will be notified by email should we be unable to deliver the merchandise placed on order and appreciate your understanding when this occurs.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is necessary for deliveries to the state of California only. The current tax rate is 7.25%.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates must be redeemed online at www.tailwinds.com or by phone at 800-Tailwinds (800-824-5946). Orders exceeding the amount of the Gift Certificate must be paid with a credit card, and any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s Gift Certificate account. Unused balances cannot be transferred and must be used toward a Tailwinds.com purchase. Tailwinds does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
